Robert was an extremely helpful and knowledgeable Realtor. My wife had some VERY specific wants/needs in an area of town that is hard to buy in. It did take us several months of waiting for *just* the right place, but Robert stayed on top of the listings, was in contact with us, but was never  overbearing. He answered all questions quickly and with detail, explaining things I would never think about asking, and glad to know. He had recommendations for all the additional people needed when buying a home (lenders, inspectors, movers! All the people!), and even was extremely knowledgeable of DIY aspects of home ownership. OH! And time… Never an issue. When we were ready to look at a place, he made sure everything was smooth and easy. He handled all of the negotiations and got the house for us well within budget. He has taken care of us after the sale, checking back and keeping himself relevant. Highly, Highly Recommended.
