Pam Yungblut at Senter was my realtor for buying my very first house.
God blessed me with finding her because we found a gem in the rough that I was able to fix up a bit and then sold 5 years later for more than others in the area were getting.
Listen to her!! Look past fixes like paint or things she says you can fix. My house was purple and I wasn’t sold but it was such a good buy I fell in love even with the purple color that made it unique!
She also referred me to her electrician, house/car insurance, cleaner, etc. and they all are not only used by her, but some of the best, kindest working people I have met.

I worked in real estate in college and someone like Pam is rarely what you get. She got me in a home in WEEKS when I was in a hurry to find somewhere and it was the best decision I made.

I had an issue with the water after I moved in and she even took care of that. This woman goes ABOVE and BEYOND.

It ended up being such an easy process too because I am type a and organized but Pam is as well so everything you need she has and walked me through. Can’t say enough nice things.
