Oh Gosh!! Not even sure where to start… My realtor, Judith Puryear was just simply Amazing! I listed my house on a Tuesday, she had an open house that Saturday, and I signed a contract the following Thursday!! AND make things better on top of better, I signed my closing in 26 days!! I’m not sure that any contract goes without hiccups or amendments… But when your realtor is so vested and proactive, it just makes the whole experience stress free. Selling a house and stress free never go in the same sentence together lol It was the absolute most seamless process I’ve encountered selling a house. I gave 5 stars but wish I could give 10!!! Judith is a Rock Star!!! I will use her, and recommend her for any and all real estate needs.
